Sam Martine died on January 29th, 2021. This website was created to celebrate his talents as an artist and teacher.

Sam earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts and his master’s from C.W. Post. Early in his career, he worked for the famed Lester Rossin Creative Group in New York. Illustration clients include ABC Television, Ballantine Books, CBS Television, Grey Advertising, IBM, Panasonic, and Pfizer.

For decades, he taught illustration and drawing at the School of Visual Arts, Pratt Institute, and Marywood University.
